David Hockney, who is a famous artist, most artists always did there work with paint but he used an iPad app called brushes. While he was doing his work it took him 2 years to be happy with his work on brushes. David, who is 76 years old, was having a exhibition in Paris and instead of taking his work there he emailed it to the man who did the exhibition. In the exhibition there was iPhones and all of his paintings were shown on them. Also in one hall the put some glass and his pictures were projected on to the glass it was like a stain glass window.😃

I learnt that David Hockney started of going on to his iPhone on the app Brushes and preduced a lovely pice of art, then he went on his iPad and perduced a another piece of art on Brushes but it was more deatailed.

David Hockney is an artist who started his first painting (splash) in the 1960’s. He was born in Bradford in 1937. In 1960 he moved to Los Angeles after attending an art school in London and that was when he got the inspiration to paint swimming pools such as his painting The Splash. In 2015 he launched a new project on an app called brushes and he opened an exebition in Paris. He created his latest paintings on Ipads and IPhones and then he projected them onto glass to show the world!
