What do you think would happen if everyone on our planet (all 7 billion of us) jumped 30cm high in the air all at the same time? Would the Earth move? Would it cause an earthquake?

The earth would move 1 foot no more because there are so many people jumping, plus if 7 billion people jumped that wight is 800 billion pounds.

I don’t think it will move because there are more than 7billion people in the whole world and if 7 billion people are jumping, the other 1/2 or 3/4 are not jumping. This won’t make the earth move or shake – this is what I think so I’m not sure it wouldn’t move.

The earth won’t movecor have an earthquake if we all jumped at the same time because the ground is rock solid and it won’t break if we all jumped as high as we can we won’t move around.

I think that the Earth would move up because over 632 billion pounds would be lifted up and there would be nothing to keep the Earth down .

It would not make an earthquake because of the plates under the earth make them , people can not cause a earthquake because it is a natural cause. The earth would not move because of all the people everywhere, the weight of the people would keep it all the same
